Wild Rose Community Connections

Helping Families Grow Healthy Children.

About Us

Vision: Wild Rose Community Connections ~ leaders in influencing communities and empowering families to raise happy, healthy children from one generation to the next.

Mission: “Creating positive life opportunities for children by working with parents and caregivers to strengthen the family unit and their connection to their community.”

We provide the following services:

The “First Years for Families Program” assists families in building positive, parent-child relationships and promoting the healthy development of their young children.

  • FYFF will help parents to learn to understand their child’s development; build healthy attachments and ways to communicate effectively with their child.

We will meet on a weekly basis to start and then as confidence builds and families are connected to other resources in the community, we will decrease our visits.

Eligibility is based on results from a screening process
